What is ssh and how does it work?
Answer: Secure Shell or SSH is a network protocol that allows data to be exchanged over a secure channel between two computers. Encryption provides confidentiality and integrity of data. SSH uses public-key cryptography to authenticate the remote computer and allow the remote computer to authenticate the user, if necessary. SSH is typically used to log into a remote machine and execute commands, but it also supports tunneling, forwarding arbitrary TCP ports and X11 connections; it can transfer files using the associated SFTP or SCP protocols. An SSH server, by default, listens on the standard TCP port 22. An SSH client program is typically used for establishing connections to an SSHD daemon accepting remote connections. How quickly after a payment is made for your service are accounts created?
Answer: Account creations, regardless of the specific services bought, are created as soon as possible. Depending upon the availability of our staff, at times we can create the accounts in as little as one hour after the payment is received. Be advised though, the times for creating accounts can range from 12 hours up to a maximum of 24 hours in extreme cases. We do try to create new accounts as quickly as possible. What is your policy regarding hackers, spammers, and abusers of your service?
Answer: Abuse of our services, our servers, or user accounts are not tolerated. Depending upon what violation has occurred, depends on how we react to the situation. Regardless of the situation, we will always notify the user in question of activities we believe are in violation of our terms and conditions. This user will be given an opportunity to correct his actions, and if not, will have his account terminated without a refund. Each user on our servers is responsible for his/her activities.
