    Angry Error 105: Name_not_resolved

    Recently I’ve bought your service in Lithuania for 1 year. I use Windows XP and 3 browsers (IE8, FireFox, Chrome). After connecting to VPN in Lithuania the connection operates during few minutes and after that the connection interrupts (Error 105: Name_not_resolved).

    I used cable modem and dial-up modems, different providers. I tried different sites, the result was the same. So, I came to opinion that the problem was with Lithuanian server.

    As I can’t use your service, can you settle these problems or can you send my money back?

    I'm not a tech, so I have two suggestions for you to try:

    1. Google the error code and look through the resulting links. (There is a lot of info relating to this error code).

    2. Contact IAPS tech support via this link: https://www.intl-alliance.com/store/...age=contact_us

    include your order information details within your message so that you identify yourself to IAPS support
    It's a computer. It contains only zeroes and ones. Ergo, it can be made to do anything by those in the know

    This sounds like a case for direct tech support contact since you didn't bother to say what type of vpn protocol you subscribed to. This is very important since MSoft no longer offers Xp support and many advances in tech since Xp create difficulties with Xp systems. Some here still use Xp but it's the VPN protocol choice they made which serves them best. I would suggest switching to the OpenVPN protocol.
    As for a refund, See the conditions of use at;

    Dear Blue2th,
    I’m not very experienced in Internet protocols, but as they say in instructions I use L2TP VPN. Do you mean, if I install Windows 7, I will not have any troubles? Please, let me know where can I get conditions about refunding?

    No, not saying that this is a windows or compatability error. Should work with your current OS.
