Network Issue for RDP's and VPN's

Postby Blue » Tue May 09, 2017 3:26 pm

Due to technical issues US Verizon networks are no longer available, we can provide a replacement connection and networks using the Softether client connectivity for VPN's. RDP's are in process of being switched to compatible networks. All replacement networks will be residential.
Send us a copy of your Verizon VPN and/or RDP set up instructions which contains all your service information. We need this information to verify your account and set up the alternative service. Once we receive your account information the switchover will take 24-72hrs, sooner if possible.

Please note that alternative U.S. residential networks are available and will be deployed as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Work to replace the affected networks is proceeding as expected with 50% of the affected networks replaced. The remaining 50% replacement network builds will be completed in the next 24hrs.
