IAPS Security Services, L.L.C. believes in freedom of speech; however, any content (written, visual, or implied) in the following areas will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate suspension of service: racism or prejudice due to color, creed, or belief; any violent/malicious/obscene content written, visual or implied. We will not tolerate any type of hate site including terrorist related websites on our network. If we receive notice that there is such a hate site hosted within our network, the customer hosting the material will be notified immediately. They are required to remove the content within a certain time frame and if not, will face account suspension and/or termination.

We expect our clients to self-govern their content and to remain responsible and all-knowing of what their website publicly provides. Even if other users have access to an account, our client remains responsible for their actions. The resources and time needed to govern our servers by checking each website individually (which have growing and evolving content) is impossible. However, if we are made aware of any questionable content within our network, we will address the concerns immediately and directly with our client to seek an amiable resolution. If any netizen contacts us about content they have found within our network that copyrights their own material or that they wish to be removed, we require legal documentation to take any further action.

Accounts are singleuser accounts. Shared accounts will be terminated. We are priced at a very thin margin so that we can offer the most for less. Shared accounts cause us to lose on the service.

We offer no guarantees written nor implied for anything. Parts of the service, or all of the service, may be unavailable for periods of time both announced and unannounced, defined and undefined. The service may become compromised in a way we are unaware. Acts of nature and man may render the service unavailable at any time. This service is strictly use at your own risk.

We place security above uptime. This means that if a vulnerability is discovered in something we offer that we cannot immediately patch, we may remove or restrict the service until a patch is available. We prefer this to leaving a vulnerable service running and just hoping no one compromises it.

We do not back up any user data, neither e-mail nor web space. We provide you with the tools to perform your own backups. This is dual purpose, to keep pricing low we have to avoid some services and it didn't make much sense to run a privacy service in a way where backups might be floating around somewhere. So it's best to give you the tools and place it in your hands.

Routing and other issues will dramatically affect speeds. Because of this, speeds are not guaranteed. In general we desire to keep them fast for all, it's not much use if slow, and if slow the helpdesk mail fills up with people wanting to know why it is slow, so we keep it as fast as we can. But there are many variables out of our control so nothing can be guaranteed. This is purely a use at your own risk service.

We have a zero tolerance for fraud, spam, harassment, terroristic threats, cracking or DDoS, attacking other servers, or child pornography.
